Some smaller Bestar products ship via FedEx small parcel, but most ship with YRC, a heavy freight carrier. Inside delivery is included on the shipment whenever possible (but carriers will not bring boxes into a specific room or office - inside delivery only means the carrier will lift boxes out of the truck and get them to the first dry spot, whether a garage or a landing area). Processing times with Bestar are 1-3 business days, after which items ship from the northeast. Transit times range from 1-6 days, depending on where the products are shipping to.
